I had an excellent dinner there Friday night. I really wanted a steak to compare it with the other local steak houses. But the menu listed them as, silver, premier, choice, select, steaks. No way can they be all of that. What usda grade are they?

Thanks, they are Sterling silver select, which is beef that is raised to be prime, but for whatever reason did not make the cut. It is the upper 2/3 of choice.

Are the bar maids hateful to everyone or just postmates
