Pretty good place to grab a bite to eat! Enjoyed my blackened chicken sammich very much! The ranch they make (assuming) was also very good! Will be returning

This place knows how to cook a steak! We have been here twice and both times the steaks were grilled to perfection! I'm surprised the seating area isn't bigger because this place could definitely fill the room with a lot more happy customers.

Let me share my experience. I ordered the shrimp dinner though the fried shrimp might not be the way to go the customer service was outstanding. The man greeted us and was joyed to take our order. Giving respect and due time to order. Also the cheese-grits were outstanding in texture and taste. I would highly recommend this place for many reasons. It is rare for me to write a review, much less a 5-star review. Good job Jack’s.

Great local bar with good food and service!

My husband and I visited this restaurant with our three little ones. This was our first time here. We found this place on Google and found the reviews and photos of the food convincing. The cajun pasta was great, my husband ordered the largest steak dinner and he loved it. All three of our kids had the chicken finger and fries basket. Let me tell you--those fried chicken fingers are amazing!!! I ate some of my pasta and my son swapped plates and I had his chicken basket. You get your monies worth. We left with two to-go plates. Christian our waiter was quite attentive. We will definitely visit Jack's again.

Good food, Great Service. COVID19 measures in place, which allowed us to feel safe and enjoy the meals. We had lunch and dinner In the back on the decks. When we are back in the area we will definitely return.

First time eating here.. The food was absolutely delicious! Had the 2 pork chops plate with a sweet potato and salad. OMG. The pork chops were thick, tender and flavorful. The best little hidden treasure in Braselton. Will definitely be back!!!

Don't underestimate the quality of food from this place. I have always been pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed the food plus the atmosphere at Jack's

Been coming to Jack's for years. Their food never fails to disappoint. Amazing! Interior is lacking (think dark dive bar but surprisingly great grub) but the deck is fun. Service can be questionable and ranges from poor to extraordinary.

Me and my friend got a 18 ounce ribeye and it was all fat it we cold not that good I had a finger nail in my drink and my friend had cold fries I am not going back there do not recommend

Service was bad, food tasted like it was cooked in a microwave, drink was extremely water down

Ordered some food to go, it was delicious! My salmon was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend

Great restaurant with a goodies vibe.Both times I've eaten here we were treated to great music on the outside deck.Our servers have always been friendly and willing to accommodate our needs.Food has been way above average .The steaks have been better than most of the high priced steak house we occasionally eat at.

Great bar food! The chicken tenders are HUGE and so good! Enough for 2 meals at least. The takeout order got a little sideways with salads having bacon on a vegetarians salad or wrong dressing but the food is really good so we made do. We will be back on our next trip up there

Came on for a late dinner. Great service and no hesitation to serve us. Everything on the menu was quality and the price is comparable to the area.

The price & quality of the food was excellent. The staff was outstanding. Just a really nice local place to enjoy an evening. I'm from out of town and am so glad that I chose this place to have dinner. 👍👍 Would recommend to everyone!

The food was delicious and big portions. The server was excellent and on top of everything. The shrimp was breaded very lightly so you don't have a little piece of shrimp with your bread, nope.. big shrimp with a nice crisp thin coat. Definitely will go back.

My local"est" spot, 30 seconds down the road. Best food you'll ever get from a "Bar & Grill". They have heavy drinks, smoked meats, fresh seafood specials and friendly employees!

Jacks is the place to go to if you’re looking for delicious food with good prices. Walking in you might think that you had just arrived at a local dive but let me tell you that the food is incredible! I had a cheeseburger with fires and it definitely was one of the best burgers that I’ve ever had.

Jack's is a great place too go. The non~alcohol drink's are wonderful if your driving, I know no fun. Neither will being in jail, food is just mouth watering delightful and the service is pretty awesome too. Will return again.

I personally haven’t eaten at this restaurant myself. However, I work for Grub Hub and have picked up multiple orders here and I’m honestly a little disgusted by the way I was treated last time I came here. I tried calling the restaurant 4 times trying to place the to go order. No one answered and I understand it’s a Friday night and you guys are busy. I proceeded to go into the restaurant to place the order. The person who helped me was EXTREMELY RUDE. Instead of taking my order right away, she wanted to go on telling me how I was supposed to call before I came to pick up the order (which I did and no one answered after 4 times) and continued to go on and on about how much she hated Grub Hub and how many issues she has had with us. I wanted to try this place out until the awful service I received as a delivery driver.

Best steak I’ve had in a very long time. Very fun atmosphere. Great service. Highly recommend. Also, very cold beer.🙌

Great food and friendly service. Definitely a good local hangout... but the best part is I'm not local and unlike most "local joints" I felt very welcome. Everyone was very friendly and hospitable.

Holly and Jack are the kindest people! I enjoy their patio and the entertainment is top notch. Their food is unlike any other! It is awesome!

I’ve been twice, can’t speak for everything on the menu (which has a pretty interesting variety) but both times food was good/salad was fresh. A little pricey at first glance of the menu but portions sizes made up for it. Doesn’t take many customers for it to get a bit cramped and not the most family friendly place for young kids during peak hours but when our youngest went into meltdown mode waitress was very helpful/understanding in shifting from dine in to to go. We’ll be back but maybe leave the kids with baby sitter.

Terrible service! Steak had NO flavor and was cold, however was cooked properly. Will never go bk. Nice add to our visit was watching a staff member getting alcohol for their self and making a statement about he already had 3. Please take a moment and look up, needs cleaning.

The chicken fingers are hands down the best I have ever eaten and the honey mustard might be worth killing for. Great atmosphere and great service from Andres. The GM Eric sat us, checked in on us, and even gave some new to town folks a few pointers on other good places to eat in the area. The food is amazing but the service makes this place truly special.
